The Fort Bend Travis Tigers football squad scored 44 points and limited the visiting Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs to 24 in the Tigers league triumph on Thursday.

The Tigers now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fort Bend Bush for a 6A Region III District 21 test on Saturday, October 25. Fort Bend Travis will meet a Broncos squad coming off a 28-24 league win over Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Fort Bend Austin drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX) to meet the Hurricanes in a 6A Region III District 21 test on Friday, October 24. The Hurricanes come into the test with a record of 5-2.
