Rock Hill Blue Hawks (Frisco, TX) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host McKinney Boyd Broncos (McKinney, TX), 22-11 in a league battle.

With the win, Rock Hill advances its record to 3-3 on the season. The Blue Hawks host Plano East (Plano, TX) to confront the Panthers in a 6A Region I District 6 match on Thursday, October 16. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 1-5. Plano East won 27-22 in their recent league match against McKinney Boyd (McKinney, TX)

Coming up next, the Broncos confront the Plano Wildcats (Plano, TX) in a 6A Region I District 6 match, on Friday, October 17. McKinney Boyd will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Wildcats go into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 45-14 league loss to Prosper (Prosper, TX).
