Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Franklin Monroe Jets (Pitsburg, OH), 5-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Dixie moves its record to 7-5 on the campaign.

The Jets now sport a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Yellow Springs for a non-league test on Saturday, October 18. Franklin Monroe will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Troy Christian (Troy, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-8.
