The Elba Bluejays volleyball squad (Elba, NE), dropped 2-0 in Thursday's league battle with the host Anselmo-Merna Coyotes (Merna, NE)

With the win, Anselmo-Merna improves its record to 9-11 on the season. The Coyotes travel to Bertrand (Bertrand, NE) to encounter the Vikings in a non-league battle on Friday, October 10. The Vikings go into the battle with a record of 3-18. Bertrand lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Ansley/Litchfield (Ansley, NE)
