In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Bauxite Miners volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Mills University Studies Comets.

The Miners (17-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Bryant (Bryant, AR). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 8-13 record. In their last challenge, Bryant beat Little Rock Southwest (Little Rock, AR), 3-0, in a league challenge.
