Texas High School Volleyball - Grace Community over Regents
October 9, 2025: Austin, TX 78735 Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Grace Community Cougars (Tyler, TX) and the host Regents Knights (Austin, TX), observed Grace Community's volleyball team top Regents by a score of 3-1.
With the win, Grace Community improves its record to 13-6 on the season. The Cougars host Brighter Horizons Academy (Garland, TX) to encounter the Stars in a TAPPS 5A District 2 battle on Thursday, October 16. The Stars go into the battle with a record of 1-7. Brighter Horizons Academy lost 3-1 in their recent league battle against Bishop Dunne (Dallas, TX)
The Knights now own a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they host St. Stephen's Episcopal for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 14. Regents will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Oakridge (Arlington, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 13-22.
