The Cougars now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Brook Hill for a TAPPS 5A District 2 game on Thursday, October 2. Grace Community will confront a Guard squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Regents (Austin, TX). The Guard record now stands at 12-10.
The Bears (2-23) will now prepare for their game against St. Andrew's (Austin, TX). The Highlanders enter the non-league game with a 21-8 record. In their last game, St. Andrew's was dropped by Greenhill (Addison, TX), 3-1, in a non-league game.
