Indiana High School Basketball - Franklin County nudges East Central

November 7, 2023: Brookville, IN 47012

Franklin County Wildcats (Brookville, IN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN), 31-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Franklin County upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Northeastern (Fountain City, IN) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, November 10. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Northeastern won 64-36 in their recent non-league bout against Muncie Central (Muncie, IN)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Columbus East Olympians (Columbus, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 15. East Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Olympians go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 65-28 non-league loss to Hamilton Southeastern (Fishers, IN).
