Cape Hatteras Hurricanes (Buxton, NC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Albemarle School Colts (Elizabeth City, NC), 69-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cape Hatteras upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Hurricanes host Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, November 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Colts clash with the Ocracoke Dolphins (Ocracoke, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 13. Albemarle School will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
