November 1, 2022: Coal City, WV 25823 The Nicholas County Grizzlies volleyball team (Summersville, WV), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Independence Patriots (Coal City, WV)
The Patriots (14-31) will now prepare for their challenge against Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV). The Tigers come into the Mountain State challenge with a 45-4 record. In their last challenge, Shady Spring defeated Martinsburg (Martinsburg, WV), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Grizzlies encounter the Liberty Raiders (Glen Daniel, WV) in a Coalfield AA challenge, on Tuesday, November 1. Nicholas County will attempt to move on its 19-22 season record.
