Arkansas High School Football - East Poinsett County sneaks past Des Arc
November 1, 2024: Des Arc, AR 72040 The East Poinsett County Warriors football squad scored 36 points and limited the host Des Arc Eagles to 30 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marked Tree for a 2A Region 2 test on Thursday, November 7. East Poinsett County will meet a Indians squad coming off a 40-28 league loss to Cross County (Cherry Valley, AR). The Indians record now stands at 6-3.
With the defeat, Des Arc drops to 7-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to McCrory (McCrory, AR) to meet the Jaguars in a 2A Region 2 test on Thursday, November 7. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 6-3. McCrory won 34-6 in their recent league test against Lee (Marianna, AR)
