Arizona High School Football - Higley holds off Desert Mountain

November 1, 2024: Gilbert, AZ 85297

The Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ) football tipped the visiting Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ), 15-12 in Friday's league outing.

The Knights now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Williams Field for a non-league outing on Friday, November 8. Higley will clash with a Black Hawks squad coming off a 22-10 league loss to ALA - Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ). The Black Hawks record now stands at 4-5.

With the defeat, Desert Mountain drops to 7-2 on the campaign. The Wolves host Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ) to clash with the Saints in a 5A Northeast Valley outing on Friday, November 8. The Saints come into the outing with a record of 5-4. Notre Dame Prep won 51-48 in their recent league outing against ALA - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ)
