Washington High School Football - Sammamish thwarted by Redmond
November 1, 2024: Redmond, WA 98052 Redmond Mustangs (Redmond, WA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Sammamish RedHawks (Bellevue, WA), 34-19 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Redmond improves its record to 1-8 on the season. The Mustangs host Mt. Rainier (Des Moines, WA) to play the Rams in a non-league battle on Thursday, November 7. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 1-8. Mt. Rainier lost 62-11 in their recent league battle against Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA)
The RedHawks now have a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Clover Park for a non-league battle on Wednesday, November 6. Sammamish will play a Timberwolves team coming off a 21-8 league win over Foss (Tacoma, WA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 2-7.
