In Saturday's league bout, the Howard Wildcats (Wilmington, DE) football team crushed the host Mount Pleasant Green Knights (Wilmington, DE), by a final score of 56-0.

The Wildcats (9-0) will now prepare for their contest against Archmere Academy (Claymont, DE). The Auks enter the 2A District 1 contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Archmere Academy crushed Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE), 33-6, in a league contest.
