Quemado Eagles (Quemado, NM) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Springer Red Devils (Springer, NM), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Quemado upgrades its record to 18-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Melrose (Melrose, NM) to meet the Buffaloes in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 1. The Buffaloes enter the challenge with a record of 17-2. Melrose won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Dora (Dora, NM)

Next, the Red Devils meet the Logan Longhorns (Logan, NM) in a non-league test, on Saturday, November 1. Springer will attempt to improve on its 13-8 season record. The Longhorns go into the test with a 16-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
