North Carolina High School Basketball - Wilson Christian Academy tops Woodland Baptist Christian
November 10, 2023: Wilson, NC 27893 Wilson Christian Academy Chargers (Wilson, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Woodland Baptist Christian Eagles (Winston-Salem, NC), 47-30 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Wilson Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Cary Academy (Cary, NC) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 14. The Chargers come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Cary Academy won 44-31 in their recent non-league bout against Raleigh Charter (Raleigh, NC)
Next up, the Eagles play the Southview Christian Conquerors (Statesville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 14. Woodland Baptist Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Conquerors come into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 65-15 non-league win over Sheets Memorial Christian (Lexington, NC).
