The Speedway Sparkplugs basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter Raiders to 24 in the Sparkplugs league triumph on Friday.

The Sparkplugs now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Danville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 15. Speedway will face a Warriors team coming off a 56-55 non-league win over Plainfield (Plainfield, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter moves to 0-3 on the year. The Raiders host Indianapolis Crispus Attucks (Indianapolis, IN) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Thursday, November 17. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 3-1.
