The Cypress Ranch Mustangs basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Tomball Memorial Wildcats to 64 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cypress Creek for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 14. Cypress Ranch will meet a Cougars team coming off a 59-56 non-league loss to Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Montgomery (Montgomery, TX). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Montgomery ran past Cleveland (Cleveland, TX), 45-39, in a non-league contest.
