Alabama High School Basketball - James Clemens nips Huffman
November 11, 2023: Madison, AL 35758 James Clemens Jets (Madison, AL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Huffman Vikings (Birmingham, AL), 39-35 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, James Clemens upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Jets travel to Grissom (Huntsville, AL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 14. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 3-1. Grissom won 42-40 in their recent non-league bout against Sylvania (Sylvania, AL)
Next up, the Vikings play the Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 16. Huffman will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 41-35 non-league loss to Bob Jones (Madison, AL).
