Texas High School Basketball - Borden County overwhelmed by New Home
November 12, 2021: Gail, TX 79738 The New Home Leopards basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the host Borden County Coyotes to 34 in the Leopards non-league victory on Friday.
The Leopards now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Idalou for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 16. New Home will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 53-27 non-league loss to Cooper (Lubbock, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
The Coyotes (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Eula (Clyde, TX). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Eula was routed by Cisco (Cisco, TX), 56-20, in a non-league contest.
