The George Ranch Longhorns basketball team (Richmond, TX), was nudged 54-47 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Alief Taylor Lions (Houston, TX)

The Lions now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fulshear for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 12. Alief Taylor will battle a Chargers team coming off a 41-33 non-league loss to Fort Bend Austin (Sugar Land, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 4-2.
