The George Ranch Longhorns basketball team (Richmond, TX), was routed 75-42 in Friday's league battle with the host Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX)

The Bulldogs now sport a 25-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bend Elkins for a 6A Region III District 20 battle on Tuesday, January 17. Fort Bend Austin will battle a Knights team coming off a 57-24 league win over Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX). The Knights record now stands at 15-11.

The Longhorns (15-14) will now prepare for their battle against Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Tigers come into the 6A Region III District 20 battle with a 7-15 record. In their last battle, Fort Bend Travis trounced Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX), 48-33, in a league battle.
