The Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Fort Bend Bush Broncos to 45 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 29-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Bend Hightower for a 6A Region III District 20 contest on Tuesday, February 7. Fort Bend Austin will meet a Hurricanes team coming off a 80-14 league win over Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX). The Hurricanes record now stands at 29-3.

The Broncos (12-19) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Tigers enter the 6A Region III District 20 contest with a 8-19 record. In their last contest, Fort Bend Travis was routed by Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX), 61-41, in a league contest.
