Arkansas High School Basketball - Morrilton bested by Baptist Prep
November 12, 2024: Morrilton, AR 72110 Baptist Prep Eagles (Little Rock, AR) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Morrilton Devil Dogs (Morrilton, AR), 49-29 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Baptist Prep advances its record to 1-1 on the year. The Eagles travel to Dardanelle (Dardanelle, AR) to meet the Sand Lizards in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. The Sand Lizards enter the match with a record of 0-0.
The Devil Dogs now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenland for a non-league match on Thursday, November 14. Morrilton will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 57-5 non-league win over St. Paul (St. Paul, AR). The Pirates record now stands at 1-0.
