The Cinco Ranch Cougars (Katy, TX) basketball edged the visiting Fort Bend Travis Tigers (Richmond, TX), 62-57 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Seven Lakes for a 6A Region III District 19 bout on Tuesday, November 19. Cinco Ranch will play a Spartans team coming off a 64-31 non-league win over George Ranch (Richmond, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Fort Bend Travis falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Cypress Woods (Cypress, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 14. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Cypress Woods won 68-16 in their recent non-league bout against Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX)
