November 14, 2023: Lubbock, TX 79401 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hereford Whitefaces (Hereford, TX) and the host Lubbock Westerners (Lubbock, TX), saw Hereford's basketball squad wallop Lubbock by a tally of 63-41.
With the victory, Hereford improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Whitefaces host Coronado (Lubbock, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Friday, November 17. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Coronado won 81-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Caprock (Amarillo, TX)
Next up, the Westerners confront the Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 17. Lubbock will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 56-38 non-league loss to Abilene (Abilene, TX).
