The Mustangs (10-0) will now prepare for their test against Abernathy (Abernathy, TX). The Antelopes go into the 3A Region I District 2 outing with a 4-6 record.
The Westerners now hold a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Lubbock-Cooper for a 5A Region I District 4 outing on Tuesday, December 19. Lubbock will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 51-39 non-league loss to San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 9-6.
