In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Homestead Spartans (Fort Wayne, IN) basketball squad edged the host Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN), by a margin of 56-52.

The Spartans (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran (Fort Wayne, IN). The Cadets go into the Summit outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran was tipped by East Noble (Kendallville, IN), 64-58, in a non-league outing.

The Knights now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Hill for a non-league outing on Saturday, November 18.
