The Ardrey Kell Knights basketball squad (Charlotte, NC), was outscored 71-57 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC)

With the victory, South Mecklenburg advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Sabres host East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to meet the Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, November 21. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 0-1.

In their next game, the Knights encounter the Cuthbertson Cavaliers (Waxhaw, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 18. Ardrey Kell will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
