The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Weddington Warriors (Matthews, NC) and the visiting Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC), observed Weddington's basketball team overcome Ardrey Kell by a margin of 73-61.

With the victory, Weddington advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Sabres in a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 2. The Sabres enter the match with a record of 2-3. South Mecklenburg lost 66-44 in their recent non-league match against Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC)

The Knights now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Asheville Christian Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, November 29. Ardrey Kell will face a Lions squad coming off a 53-50 non-league loss to Carmel Christian (Matthews, NC). The Lions record now stands at 2-2.
