Mississippi High School Basketball - Regents routed by West Union
November 14, 2025: Myrtle, MS 38650 West Union Eagles (Myrtle, MS) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Regents Lions (Oxford, MS), 89-38 in a non-league match.
With the victory, West Union advances its record to 4-0 on the year. The Eagles host East Union (Blue Springs, MS) to face the Urchins in a non-league match on Tuesday, November 18. The Urchins go into the contest with a record of 1-1. East Union won 82-68 in their recent non-league contest against Ashland (Ashland, MS)
In their next game, the Lions confront the West Union Eagles (Myrtle, MS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 9. Regents will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
