The Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Central Carolina Academy Eagles (Sanford, NC), 47-3 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Cardinals now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Chatham Charter for a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 18. Cornerstone Charter will play a Knights team coming off a 44-16 non-league loss to NCSSM: Durham (Durham, NC). The Knights record now stands at 1-4.
