November 14, 2025: Lenoir, NC 28645 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting South Caldwell Spartans basketball team scored a big 58-28 triumph over the West Caldwell Warriors.
The Spartans (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against West Wilkes (Millers Creek, NC). The Blackhawks go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, West Wilkes was overwhelmed by Avery County (Newland, NC), 51-37, in a non-league match.
The Warriors now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Wilkes for a non-league match on Wednesday, November 19. West Caldwell will face a Blackhawks squad coming off a 51-37 non-league loss to Avery County (Newland, NC). The Blackhawks record now stands at 0-1.
