Arkansas High School Basketball - Nevada holds off Bradley
November 15, 2022: Rosston, AR 71858 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Nevada Blue Jays (Rosston, AR) and the visiting Bradley Bears (Bradley, AR), saw Nevada's basketball squad hold off Bradley by a tally of 59-55.
With the victory, Nevada improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Blue Jays host Hermitage (Hermitage, AR) to confront the Hermits in a 1A Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, November 29. The Hermits come into the challenge with a record of 0-3.
Next up, the Bears confront the Blevins Hornets (Blevins, AR) in a 1A Region 7 challenge, on Thursday, November 17. Bradley will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 73-63 non-league loss to Caddo Hills (Norman, AR).
