The Alief Hastings Bears trounced the host Fort Bend Kempner Cougars basketball team by a score of 53-32 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Bears now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Deer Park for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 17. Alief Hastings will battle a Deer team coming off a 56-38 non-league win over La Porte (La Porte, TX). The Deer record now stands at 4-3.
