In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Coahoma County Red Panthers (Clarksdale, MS) basketball squad edged the host McEvans Warriors (Shaw, MS), by a margin of 35-34.

The Red Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against West Tallahatchie (Webb, MS). The Choctaws go into the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.

The Warriors now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Walnut for a non-league outing on Saturday, November 19. McEvans will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 56-36 non-league loss to Ingomar (New Albany, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.
