North Carolina High School Basketball - East Mecklenburg succumbs to Berry

In Friday's non-league test, the Berry Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad defeated the host East Mecklenburg Eagles (Charlotte, NC), by a final score of 47-39.

Next, the Cardinals clash with the Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, November 19. Berry will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record.

The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Pumas come into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Palisades overcame West Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 43-35, in a non-league test.
