The Palisades Pumas defeated the visiting Berry Cardinals basketball squad by a final score of 50-38 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Pumas clash with the Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A South Meck outing, on Tuesday, January 28. Palisades will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Mustangs come into the outing with a 8-11 record after their 60-10 league win over Ballantyne Ridge (Charlotte, NC).

The Cardinals (5-11) will now prepare for their outing against South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Sabres come into the 4A South Meck outing with a 15-3 record.
