The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Houston Hawks (Big Lake, AK) and the host Wasilla Warriors (Wasilla, AK), witnessed Houston's ice hockey team defeat Wasilla by a score of 5-1.

The Hawks (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Palmer (Palmer, AK). The Moose come into the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Palmer by West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK), 5-2, in a non-league challenge.
