November 15, 2024: Pilot Station, AK 99650 Chevak Comets (Chevak, AK) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Pilot Station King Salmon (Pilot Station, AK), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Chevak improves its record to 7-6 on the season. The Comets travel to Russian Mission (Russian Mission, AK) to face the Brown Bears in a non-league test on Friday, November 15. The Brown Bears go into the test with a record of 9-4. Russian Mission lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Akiachak (Akiachak, AK)
The King Salmon now own a 0-2 record.
