November 15, 2025: Grosse Pointe, MI 48236 The Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI) ice hockey trounced the visiting Utica Chieftains (Utica, MI), 7-2 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Blue Devils now own a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Novi for a non-league outing on Wednesday, November 19. Grosse Pointe South will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Adams (Rochester, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
The Chieftains (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Marysville (Marysville, MI). The Vikings come into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Marysville was ripped by University of Detroit Jesuit (Detroit, MI), 8-2, in a non-league test.
