Georgia High School Basketball - Eagle's Landing holds off Locust Grove
November 15, 2025: McDonough, GA 30253 The Eagle's Landing Eagles basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Locust Grove Wildcats to 68 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ola for a bout on Monday, November 17. Eagle's Landing will play a Mustangs team coming off a 68-23 league loss to Dutchtown (Hampton, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Locust Grove falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Luella (Luella, GA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Monday, November 17. The Lions come into the test with a record of 1-0. Luella won 63-38 in their recent league test against Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA)
