Texas High School Basketball - Granbury overwhelms Burleson
November 16, 2021: Granbury, TX 76048 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Granbury Pirates (Granbury, TX) and the visiting Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX), saw Granbury's basketball squad wallop Burleson by a tally of 70-41.
With the victory, Granbury improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Weatherford (Weatherford, TX) to confront the Kangaroos in a non-league challenge on Friday, November 19. The Kangaroos come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.
Next up, the Elks confront the Coppell Cowboys (Coppell, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 18. Burleson will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 65-57 non-league win over Edgewood (Edgewood, TX).
