California High School Basketball - Barstow nudges Academy for Academic Excellence

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Barstow Aztecs (Barstow, CA) basketball squad edged the host Academy for Academic Excellence Knights (Apple Valley, CA), by a margin of 58-55.

The Aztecs (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA). The Sun Devils go into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Apple Valley held off Jurupa Hills (Fontana, CA), 84-78, in a non-league outing.

The Knights now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Serrano for a non-league outing on Monday, November 27. Academy for Academic Excellence will clash with a Diamondbacks squad coming off a 59-38 non-league loss to Littlerock (Littlerock, CA). The Diamondbacks record now stands at 1-2.
