November 16, 2023: Water Valley, MS 38965 The Lake Cormorant basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Water Valley Blue Devils to 35 in the non-league triumph on Thursday.
The now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Booneville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 21. Lake Cormorant will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 52-51 non-league win over Florence (Florence, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-0.
The Blue Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against West Lowndes (Columbus, MS). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
