In Thursday's non-league outing, the San Benito Greyhounds (San Benito, TX) basketball squad beat the visiting Nixon Mustangs (Laredo, TX), by a margin of 52-42.

The Greyhounds (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Rowe (McAllen, TX). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Rowe was topped by Palmview (La Joya, TX), 38-24, in a non-league outing.
