November 16, 2024: Marmaduke, AR 72443 Marmaduke Greyhounds (Marmaduke, AR) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Ridgefield Christian Warriors (Jonesboro, AR), 66-57 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Marmaduke upgrades its record to 7-4 on the year. The Greyhounds host Bay (Bay, AR) to face the Yellowjackets in a 2A Region 3 match on Tuesday, November 19. The Yellowjackets enter the match with a record of 6-1. Bay won 54-53 in their recent non-league match against Blytheville (Blytheville, AR)
The Warriors now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crowley's Ridge Academy for a 1A Region 3 match on Monday, November 18. Ridgefield Christian will face a Falcons squad coming off a 67-38 league win over KIPP Blytheville (Blytheville, AR). The Falcons record now stands at 7-0.
