The Franklin County Bulldogs basketball squad (Meadville, MS), was crushed 56-30 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host North Pike Jaguars (Summit, MS)

With the victory, North Pike advances its record to 4-0 on the year. The Jaguars host Silliman Institute (Clinton, LA) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 19. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 4-0. Silliman Institute won 64-23 in their recent non-league battle against Salem (Tylertown, MS)

The Bulldogs now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brookhaven for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 19. Franklin County will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 33-32 non-league win over South Pike (Magnolia, MS). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
