Fredericksburg Billies (Fredericksburg, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host San Marcos Rattlers (San Marcos, TX), 51-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fredericksburg upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Billies travel to Vandegrift (Austin, TX) to play the Vipers in a non-league bout on Friday, November 18. The Vipers go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Vandegrift won 57-52 in their recent non-league bout against Lake Belton (Temple, TX)
