Texas High School Basketball - Lone Star nudges Wylie East
November 17, 2023: Frisco, TX 75034 Lone Star Rangers (Frisco, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Wylie East Raiders (Wylie, TX), 62-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lone Star upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Rangers travel to Mesquite (Mesquite, TX) to clash with the Skeeters in a non-league bout on Monday, November 20. The Skeeters go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Mesquite won 47-34 in their recent non-league bout against Richland (North Richland Hills, TX)
Next up, the Raiders clash with the Longview Lobos (Longview, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 20. Wylie East will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Lobos go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 80-30 non-league win over Ennis (Ennis, TX).
